In Martinique we spent a day at a canopy and ropes park tucked high in the trees, far higher than any of us expected. You both started out a little nervous, staring up at the platforms like they were floating in the sky. But once you clipped in and took those first careful steps, you found your courage together. You moved slowly at first, then stronger and braver with every crossing, checking on each other, sharing smiles, and cheering each other forward. By the end you weren’t just doing the course, you were owning it, looping back again and again with shining eyes and so much joy. I felt so proud watching you grow taller in your hearts that day.
